Natalie Brown
Clinical Massage Therapist & Founder
Natalie is the founder of Ascension Massage Therapy, and her passion is helping people rise above pain, stress, and overwhelm so they can feel at home in their bodies again. Her approach recognises that pain is rarely only physical. It can affect emotions, mindset, and everyday quality of life, and no one should have to simply "push through" it.
Her journey into clinical massage has been shaped by a deep interest in the body-mind connection. With training in advanced clinical massage, trauma-informed care, and somatic release rooted in polyvagal theory, she offers support that goes beyond short-term symptom relief. She works with people experiencing chronic pain linked to stress and mental health, helping them regulate their nervous system, restore movement, and rebuild resilience.
Natalie also brings a strong focus to family wellbeing. She teaches parents safe, nurturing massage techniques to support themselves and their children, especially children who are neurodivergent or navigating additional challenges. This work is not only about easing tension, but also about building connection, confidence, and calm at home.
No two sessions are identical. Some are focused clinical treatments for musculoskeletal pain, while others include guided breathwork, self-massage, and mindful movement. Whether sessions are in person or online, clients leave with both relief and practical tools they can carry into daily life.
Ascension Massage Therapy was created to be more than a treatment room. It is a space where healing, learning, and empowerment come together, and where people can reset, rebuild, and rise.
